Precision temperature control provides even temperature with tolerance of ±14°C in the high-temperature area. Respective temperature areas are controlled independently. Internal Oxygen (O2) concentration is controlled to a tolerance of ±3%.

Integration of PLC with temperature control module allows programmable setting of T2 Temperature-rise Curve.
